FGP was formed by Tim Levy and Foundation Design and Build Services (Jersey) Limited as a business providing integrated property development services in the leisure sector in Growth Markets. FGP will look to provide its services, including paying for all or part of constructions costs on selected projects, in return for a share of the revenues from such projects. FGP’s focus will be on the leisure industry, as a huge growth market – particularly in developing economies.

The business is a UK based General Partnership, which has secured a commitment from the Corporate Member to contribute capital in a 3:1 ratio to equity invested by other Members. Members of FGP will manage the day to day affairs of the property fully. The first opportunities identified by the business are in Montenegro, in former Yugoslavia.

The Partnership has been structured in a manner to reduce risk for ordinary Members. Partners with suitable expertise to develop the business services are sought, subject to certain terms and conditions.
