THE ADRIATIC PROJECT
The Adriatic Project is a mixed-use development project in the picturesque town of Budva, Montenegro. The project will comprise the construction of a world-class branded hotel, luxury residential apartments and a first class convention centre.
FGP has secured an exclusive primary contract for the provision of the design, construction management and associated build services required to construct the Adriatic Project.
The Adriatic Project will consist of a 4.7 acre waterfront property complex affording prime views of the Adriatic Sea to the south, and mountain landscapes to the north. The hotel development will be an important centrepiece to the project and is anticipated to be flagged by an international 5 star hotel and management group. The project will also develop a super-luxury residential tower housing approximately 300 high end residential units and a 35,000 square foot convention centre and exhibition hall.
The property will boast many facilities to accompany and complement the hotel, residential apartments and convention centre including a private beach club, a potential casino, restaurants, night clubs and ample retail space.
As the primary contractor, FGP will be responsible for the design and construction of the hotel, residential apartments and exhibition centre which is expected to be in excess of £100m. FGP and its partners will identify the most economic and efficient way to carry out its responsibilities, which may include the appointment of subcontractors to perform various works. However, the partners in the FGP will undertake and oversee all works covered in the Adriatic Project.
FGP are currently seeking partners with the relevant skills to contribute capital and expertise to oversee the project. Suitable UK based individuals will be admitted as partners to FGP and would be expected to possess the necessary skills to carry out the commercial business of the Partnership.
