FGP have been assisted by leading project management company Vector Management International Limited to appraise and advise on aspects of the project.  Vector Management will facilitate the necessary works and project manage the Adriatic Project to ensure the construction programme is monitored to a strict timeline.  The partnership will have the overall key project management and decision responsibility with the expert support of Vector to satisfy the obligations under the design and construction services contract.

Vector Management was formed in 1995 to provide high-end management expertise to international clients embarking on significant real estate projects. From offices in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and China Vector Management have provided services on projects ranging from hotels and resorts on the Mediterranean to some of the World’s most exciting and complex projects.

Vector Management have regional offices in Bucharest, Sofia, Belgrade and Zagreb which are working on numerous commercial projects including hotels, offices and shopping malls. Project Adriatic is managed by a team of UK and staff based locally in Montenegro.

In the past year Vector Management have completed work on the World’s two latest airport terminals at London T5 and Beijing T3. Vector Management has also managed numerous housing and hotel development projects including the Splendid Hotel, a 322 room, 5 star hotel in Montenegro which was constructed on time and on budget in 18 months.

John Bacon is one of the founding Directors of Vector and has worked in the property industry both in the UK and internationally for the past 30 years.  He has responsibility for Vector’s commissions in Central and Eastern Europe and has been actively involved with projects in the region for the past ten years.
